The style and decoration of the apartment is mind-blowing, immersing you in Japanese tradition. The friendly host ensures an exceptional stay. The spacious flat is well equipped, with Wi-Fi, a dryer, electric kettle, and kitchen utensils. Parking and a mini-supermarket are conveniently nearby. Even in the "a bit cold" season, the conditioned floors keep you warm. Super recommend it!

The holiday home had an impressive array of kitchenware that made cooking a breeze. I felt like a master chef, whipping up delicious meals with ease. It was like having my very own cooking show! The WiFi was available in all areas, ensuring that I stayed connected with the outside world. I could update my social media, binge-watch my favorite shows, and even work remotely without any interruptions. It was a digital paradise!

We had an amazing stay at Guesthouse Okagesan! the traditional Japanese house was beautifully furnished and had all the necessary facilities, including a toaster, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. the view of the mountains was breathtaking, and the quiet and peaceful area near the river made it a perfect retreat. Manabu, the host, was incredibly considerate and made our stay complete. Meeting him at the nearby Yakitori-ya for check-in was a proper and convenient method. Staying in this old, traditional house in a rural setting was a new and fun experience, especially being within walking distance of an onsen. 😊.

We had a delightful stay at Guesthouse Okagesan. The property was all ours, providing a peaceful retreat. The traditional house was well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed. Surrounded by nature, the location was stunning, with a soothing onsen just a short walk away. The owner, Manabu-san, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The food at his restaurant was delicious, recommended as one of the best in the area. The Kumano Kodo walk was easily accessible by a 15-minute bus ride. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
Would recommend this hotel.

The house is like stepping into a time capsule, with tatami mats, sliding doors, and an old-style rice cooking stove. Manabu-san is a true gem, always making sure I have everything I need, including handwritten notes and rice balls!
The only thing missing was a mirror, but who needs one when you're surrounded by 100-year-old charm?
